ID theft support - advice and help in case of identity theft
As a Premium customer at the Kylla bank, you are offered help to prevent, detect and limit the consequences of identity theft.
The ID theft support helps if you lose your passport, ID card or other identification or if you suspect that someone is trying to misuse your identity. If you suspect that your identity has been stolen, contact the Kylla bank's ID theft support for practical help.
If identity theft affects you, ID theft support helps you limit the consequences and prevent financial loss by, among other things,
- dispute and reject unjustified payment claims
- set up fraud prevention with credit reporting companies
- demand that unjustified remarks in credit reference databases be removed.
Web Cleanup - help remove unwanted content from the internet
As a Premium customer, you get help to remove unwanted and offensive content from the web, concerning both yourself and your children. This could be, for example, personal photos found on websites where you don't want the photos to be, your email account being hacked and used to send spam, or your children being hung out and bullied in online forums. You get help with:
- to remove unwanted and offensive comments, images and videos
- to delete fake profiles on social media, such as Facebook and Twitter
- to take control of hacked email accounts and user accounts
- preventive advice on safe use of the internet.
You can either get guidance on how to delete the unwanted content yourself, or let Web Cleanup take over and run your case. You are kept up to date during the process, and also receive advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. Web Cleanup has extensive experience with personal security issues on the internet.
With StopService you increase your security
As a Premium customer, you get access to the StopService services. Register your cards, your mobile number and also your passport number with StopService, and you will increase your security.
- With the blocking service StopService, you can, with a single phone call around the clock, block all your registered payment cards and other cards, as well as the mobile phone. You can easily register your cards with StopService via the Internet office.
- If you lose your wallet during the trip, we will send you emergency cash as soon as possible.
- In case of emergency, we will also send replacement tickets for the return journey.
- Premium's key fobs ensure that you recover your lost keys.
- With the help of Premium's luggage tags, lost luggage is returned to you.
Card insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance that applies in the event of accidents and illnesses both during domestic and international travel. You don't even have to pay for the trip with the card for the insurance to apply. Insured are - in addition to yourself - traveling spouse/partner and children, grandchildren, stepchildren, adopted and foster children under the age of 23 who live permanently in the same household as the cardholder. The insurance is valid until you reach the age of 80.
- An identity theft insurance that covers, among other things, legal costs, loss of income, payment claims and various expenses that arise if someone illegally uses your name and social security number to open credit or bank accounts.
- A price protection insurance that compensates the difference in price between an item paid for with the card in Finland and the same item that is sold at a lower price within 30 days of the purchase within the country. The lower price must be for general supply and available to everyone.
- A purchase protection insurance that compensates for damage or defects on a product that was paid for with the card in one of the Nordic countries. The insurance applies to appliances, home electronics, furniture and mobile phones, for example.
- A Hole-in-One insurance that gives you the opportunity to celebrate with your fellow players for up to 500 euros. The game fee does not have to be paid with the card. Also applies at home.
The short-term insurance policies are granted by AIG Europe SA's branch in Finland .
