Financing expertise
When you take out a home loan with us, we see you as an investor, not as a borrower. You are investing in your home. Therefore, we look at an overall solution based on your situation and ambition. If you already have a home loan with another bank, we will of course help you move it to us. You can get the home loan with a variable or fixed interest rate as well as an interest rate cap. If necessary, you can also choose up to 12 months amortization-free.
Daily banking
The Prime account , your daily account, gives you the opportunity to easily handle banking matters via the Internet office and Mobile Bank. As a Premium customer, you do not pay a monthly fee for the account. You can also connect a credit to your Prime account.
You can open a Baltic Sea account as a savings account and thus contribute to the important work for a cleaner Baltic Sea. Every year, we grant funding via the Baltic Sea Project to environmental projects with a Baltic Sea focus. The amount distributed corresponds to up to 0.2% of all the deposits held in the Kylla bank's Baltic accounts. The Baltic Sea Project acts both for a cleaner Baltic Sea and to spread knowledge about the condition of the Baltic Sea.
