The opening hours for booking by phone are: weekdays at 10.00 - 18.00 service in Swedish, at 18.00 - 22.00 service in Scandinavian language/English. Saturdays at 10.00 - 18.00 service in Scandinavian language/English. Phone: +358 (0)201 443 240, select dial tone 3.
The service is free of charge, but fees and costs for tickets and other deliveries are charged to your Premium card. Call or send a message to Concierge Service. They answer you by e-mail or phone, according to wishes.
